When we recruit engineers we look for experienced, dedicated professionals who have extensive experience in their industry. We also bring through our own trainee engineers who learn on the job from our experienced senior engineers. We feel that this allows us to teach our trainees our work in the way we wish them to progress.

We have engineers around the Midlands and South West region from Birmingham and Redditch to Cheltenham and Swindon. By having engineers who are based from home, we can react swiftly to requests for surveys and maintenance works, including fault repairs.

Our engineers all hold Enhanced CRB checks to enable our working in schools, colleges and establishments where children and adults with disabilities are resident.
